I lost my only car key. What are my options?
We cut and program a replacement key at your location using your vehicle identification number. Bring a valid ID and proof of ownership and we will have you back on the road the same day. No tow truck and no dealership visit required.
My car key works in the door but will not start the engine. Why?
This usually means the transponder chip in your key has lost its programming. The key turns the ignition mechanically but the car does not recognize it electronically. We reprogram or replace the transponder on site for most makes and models.
Can you open my car without breaking anything?
Yes. We use professional non-destructive entry tools that do not scratch or damage your vehicle. Most car lockouts are resolved in under 15 minutes at your location without any damage to the door or lock.
My key fob stopped working. Do I need a new one?
Not always. A dead battery is the most common cause and takes seconds to fix. If the fob itself has failed we can supply and program a replacement at your location. We diagnose the issue first so you are not paying for a replacement you do not need.
How much cheaper is it compared to the dealership?
